The cost of general construction work per one square metre is from Euro 300,00. This cost comprises the building's framework with the roof made from the general construction materials. The more complicated the Client's building is with regard to the exterior and interior the higher the price of the general construction work is.
The cost of the finishing work per one square metre is from Euro 300,00 to Euro 7.000,00 (provided the esclusive development of the project of the level of a palace)
